Fresh Produce & Perishables

Report any quality issues within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Photos help us improve.

Packaged Goods

Unopened packaged items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@nimbamarket.ca or call us with your order number. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened perishables and items damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
